Owen - One Year Pictures

Owen turns one tomorrow so we did his one year pictures over the weekend.  He was such a good sport, even after taking a tumble on the slate walkway!  It was so great to work with such a happy, good natured little boy.  Here are some of my favorites.

Happily playing in the sand.

I caught this one as he was climbing the stairs - he was so thrilled to have successfully made a break for it!

Elizabeth - Five Years Old

I never do shoots of my own kids because they always behave better for others than they do for me, but this year I rolled the dice with my oldest and gave it a shot.  Elizabeth did a great job and while I would have liked a few more candid pictures, she was all business.  Enjoy!

Growing Up

As she approaches her third birthday, our little Emily just gets cuter by the minute.  She clearly loves life!

Butterflies, Butterflies, Butterflies!

I took these shots last weekend at Magic Wings, a butterfly conservatory in western Massachusetts.

Tavio (Ten Months)

Other than my own children, I think that Tavio just might be my favorite subject!

Owen

Here is a slideshow of Owen, my friend Janet's youngest son.  He is simply adorable and if I hadn't been so enthralled taking pictures of him, I probably wouldn't have put him down.  Be sure to click on the four arrows on the lower right and turn up your volume.

Wedding Bliss

These shots* were taken at Adam and Fabricia's wedding last Saturday night, which was a beautiful snowy evening.  It was a wonderful wedding and we hope they have a beautiful life together.
The toasting glasses
The vows.
Seriously, have you seen a more beautiful bride.  Fabricia was simply stunning.
Exchanging rings.
First kiss as a married couple.
Fabricia's stunning flowers.
Listening to the toast.
Cutting the cake.
* The Speedlite flash that Lee got me for Christmas has totally changed my life.  Beyond the fact that the recycle speed is fast (so I'm not missing low light shots anymore), it has drastically cut down on red eye repair and the tones of color photos are beautiful.  I'm totally in love with it, even though I'm still learning how to use it.
